Has anyone lost their eyesight after craniotomy to remove meningioma?

My husband lost his eyesight after having his meningioma removed 2.5 years ago. Last month we found out the tumor grew back. He had his first round of cyberknife treatment yesterday. Has anyone else had this happen? Has anyone else been told that there are "things in the works" with possible eyesight recovering due to clinical trials?

@shell65869, I'm sorry to hear that your husband's tumor has grown back. Has he lost his eyesight or is this something his doctors said may happen?

Thank you. Yes, his sight is gone. They told us there was a 15% chance he could lose it after surgery and he did. He had surgery 2.5 years ago.
