What are some situations where Prolia is a very good choice?

I know that Prolia is attacked a lot because of the side effects. Are there any situations where Prolia is a good choice for a person to take?

This is not quite right:

"maybe some members
have done some research and can link us to:
Some studies show that women with osteopenia
have fractures as often as women with
osteoporosis."

What studies showed was that people with have more fractures than people with osteoporosis, because there are more people with osteoporosis. But the rate of fractures is much higher for those of us with osteoporosis.

@windyshores :
I forgot to answer your question about lowering salt intake for ANS issue due to CKDIII:
Yes, I was told to lay off added salt and salty foods (like chips, etc.) due to edema in lower legs & water weight gain causing excess strain on my overtaxed kidneys.
Note: Doctors advise is always based on individual medical histories though…Keep on Keepin’ on…enjoy each day.
If CKD & ANS was all — I’d still be running but with RA, Ostomy…etc…(Just go with Yoga and Yoga music is also good for a change from Classical, Reggae & Easy Listening😊& Latin, Peruvian, Brazilian for some lively days❣️)
