Thank you for responding. How are you? Is your cancer in remission now? I hope it is. Are you able to walk around or get in the car to go someplace? I would not be able to get my husband in the car because his balance is really bad. He fell again this morning and when I tried to help him up, I fell also. I didn't get hurt but who knows about the next time. I can't afford to get hurt or sick because I am his only caregiver. The hospice nurse is coming over tomorrow to talk to us. I just told him that a visiting nurse was coming. He would pitch a fit if he knew they were from hospice. But he will find out tomorrow. Since I can't get him to a doctor unless I call an ambulance, I need someone to do house visits at least once a week. He is not an easy patient to deal with. He has never been easy to deal with all the years we have been married. It is worse now. But this too shall pass.
