Has LC decimated anyone's life?

I’m retired too. I couldn’t imagine if I had to work or take care of anyone else. My life has changed in every possible way. Zero for the good. I was a generally happy person. Now I’m just depressed & feel like crap if I try to do anything. I had 2 decent weeks & then got Covid again. Back to no memory, headaches & fatigue. I’ve been to 20 different therapies. I’m a little better but it’s been almost 5 years. It is frustrating and no one understands. Honestly over it & sad.

I wish I didn't still have to work fulltime. It's exhausting and I can barely do things that need doing at home (laundry, cleaning). It will be five years in March. I am not who I was before covid. Damaged heart, lungs, left me with blood disorders, daily migraines, ongoing shortness of breath, cough, fatigue. I often think it would have been easier just to have died when I got original variant. It is a living death.
