Yep Here I am at 3:34 AMI was trying to sleep but my pain won't let me. The surgeons nurse practitioner, nurse ratchet I call her, won't continue to give me oxycodone. I had my surgery March 1st 2024 and the surgery did not really help my pain after a few months out. I've been going to different pain clinics and none of them seem to be keeping out opioids. I only want to one other one besides the surgeon's office so far and a little worried that they're all going to say the same thing. I went to one last week and they gave me something called Tazanidine, which also is not doing anything for me. I'm going to get an epidural injection soon I'm just praying that will do something otherwise I'm back to zero again. I'm even thinking of seeing what countries in the world prescribe opioids more freely. I can't keep living in pain as most of you totally understand.

I was also up at 1:30 am because of pain and I am still in pain. It has become a constant vicious daily cycle. I had my TKR February 2024 and very little relief. It has gradually become worst. My knee stiffens and is painful while am standing, walking and laying down. You would think I would get some relief after my PT exercises and after either riding my bike and walking 4 to 5 days a week. To no avail. HELP!!
