Burning Feet syndrome
Hi everyone! Am 40yrs man in Africa - Country. Kenya. In 1993 aged 22 and in college, I developed burning feet. So hot have been my feet that I've not worn closed shoes all those yrs
All tests done over the yrs -,including blood sugar, pressure, vitamin test, nerve endings test etc. All have been negative. I'm generally healthy, with no major problem. I need anyone who has had such a problem and got help to help.

My step daughter is an RN. I was having severe burning in my feet at night. She told me to start my day out with a protein breakfast. During my 8 days visiting with her she made eggs and bacon or sausage. I usually started it with coffee and a few mini muffins. Wow what a change! Instead of egg yolks I have added more egg white. I’ve had no more burning. Being diabetic this has been a lifesaver and I’m no longer going to bed with burning feet and toes for over a month and a half. I’m so grateful I finally listened to her advise.
