Left Sciatica/spinal stenosis

@pam78

I have a homemade roller I have used for several years. Just put two tennis balls in a tube sock. Separate them with a rubber band and put a rubber band on the sock opening side to keep them in place. I lean against them on a wall and move up and down to relieve trigger points.

I also have spinal stenosis sciatica and leg and foot cramps.

Not a candidate for surgery because of osteoporosis. Injections didnt work sped up my heart.. PT helped a little and dry needling. Has anyone tried acupuncture for this?

@pam78 I done the 2 tennis balls and a sock and I tied a knot between the balls. I also had a friend make a bag I could put over my headrest and had her sew rows of tennis balls in it so I could massage my back while driving. As far as the leg cramps I had a massage therapist show me to take the side of your hand or have someone else works better and hit across the middle of your foot it would knock the cramps out everytime
