First of all sorry about your mom. I lost my mom in March of 2023 to pancreas cancer at 62, not hereditary in our family either. for a good 30 plus years my mom would drink about a 6 to 12 cans of Diet Coke daily, maybe even more at times. If coke did play a factor in her cancer hopefully our post help lead to a more indept study.

I’m sorry about your mom Yes it’s so bad for you and I want to find a university to do research or a study on it. I recently had a bone scan and the technician said his Dad has liver cancer from drinking Dr Pepper like everyday for 50 years. Other than that he was healthy non smoker, he thought it was the Carmel or dark coloring with the sugar. He said he knows of several people who drank coke or Diet Coke and got either liver or pancreatic cancer. I think there’s something to it.
