I have tried everything from supplements to electric pulse, spent hundreds of dollars, nothing I have tried has helped, if anyone knows of something that will help please let me and others know

Not sure if you have seen the Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy website yet but it has a pretty comprehensive list of complementary and alternative treatments that neuropathy patients have found helpful - https://www.foundationforpn.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Complementary-and-Alternative-Treatments-Revised-2020-final.-1.pdf.
