3 years after prostatectomy penis appearance changes

Posted by aliving @aliving, Jan 17 1:32am

Am 3 years since prostatectomy and am still sexually active about once a week with my wife and have been since about 6 months after surgery. I do have to take a couple pills about 30 minutes prior. I just have observed a change in my penis when erect. This change in shape occurred suddenly and surprised me and is replicated each time I have an erection. Is this normal or has anyone else experienced this?

Nooooooo! NOT PRISON SEX!!! I’ve seen too many movies to go that route - and heard way too many jokes to become someone’s ‘wife’!!
But I guess if my husband was good looking and got me better food…..😉

Hey graybeard, I hear ya, bro! Amazing how quickly that door can just slam shut…surprised you can even think about sex being on ADT. What the surgery ruined physically the ADT ruined mentally .
You could put gorgeous naked women in front of me and I would probably yawn….but a big dish of chicken parm just might get my attention😂

Gorgeous woman to PC patient: Would you like some super sex?

Patient: I'll take the soup, thank you.

Can't comment on prostatectomy, but I know Eligard can cause extreme shrinkage!
Down to normal size for a 6 year old. Pitiful.

About 9 months after my surgery, I experienced a material curvature from Peyronie’s disease, which also made it look smaller, which magnified the shrinkage from treatment. It was stressful and depressing as I worried it would continue to get worse. I felt insecure when with my wife. I began using a vacuum pump 3x a week for a number of months and the curve straighten. My doctor seemed surprised as he was giving me pamphlets for an injection treatment program that had limited success.

I know how stressful something like this can be. I wish you the best of luck and success!

I am 19 months post RP. No problem with ED but Peyronie's curvature has shown up, about 30° bend half way up.

I know that they have injections that are very effective. But want to try your method of hearing your doctor explaining the Injection. The idea doesnt set well. I am sure just hearing about should do the trick.
Although, if the bend keeps advancing, i will try the injections.
