I too live in a medical black hole. I found great comfort and confidence with Keith Mccormick. Well worth the consultation fee. Sent in my blood work first. Also read his book Great Bone first so I could ask better educated questions.
Be aggressive with your Doctors. Get the tests,referrals, whatever you need so you feel good with YOUR decision. Best of luck.

@redlo I have a consult in two weeks with the Dr. Lucas team from a private organization. The consult is free but it looks like it may be a twelve month commitment that I may not be able to afford. I will indeed look into Keith McCormick; I have seen his name referenced here in this forum frequently. Thank you for the response. I’ve had other health issues, but this one has me in a panic. So happy I found this forum. Thanks again!
