Hand pain has been a constant for me along with hip and shoulder. PMR started in Oct 24. Started at 50 mg and now at 20mg. Hand pain has gotten worse as I’ve tapered Prednisone. It gets better as day goes on but is with me all the time. It not only makes me feel very old( I’m 63) but impacts daily living(cooking, driving, handling things) Has anyone found any OTC crème, etc. that helps?

Voltaren works and Lidocane works. I use both and alternate them.

Arnica cream works . Better than Voltaren for me.
