A careful radiologist could determine the age of the fracture with an MRI.
Thank you for the careful tracking of you bone markers and bone density changes.
I've read of people who don't experience rebound even without relay medication, but they are the exceptions.
I also read that people with prior bisphosphonate uses have less of a rebound effect.
And that Prolia can continue to reduce osteoclast proliferation for 36 months after use.
Alendronate is not considered very effective against Prolia rebound, so your CTX is surprising and quite interesting.

Thanks, gently. I did not take any bisphosphonates prior to Prolia so that is not a factor in my case. Unfortunately, I don't have any baseline numbers so am not even sure if Prolia was effective or actually reducing my CTX
