Please help me
I'm 41 years old, female have never had many health issues, but in 2018 my , bladder for no reason stopped functioning. After testing I was diagnosis with a nero bladder and had a stimulate device implanted. 2019 after starting to have mobility issues and sever cramping, went for an MRI where lesions on my spine were discovered. I was partially diagnosed with m.s. Since then I've had good and bad days more good than bad. But now as of around 8/2024 my blood pressure suddenly dropped to mid 50 over mid 40s and would go unconscious sometimes for hours at a time. I take meds that regulate my BP but still faint now several times a day. Had all the tests and blood test one can imagine. I need help but can't get a diagnosis

Hi,
Have yourself checked for Dysautonomia as this is common with MS patients.
The autonomic nerve controls the muscles that inturn control the features of the body that happen automatically without our thinking about, like heart beating, BP, digestive system and more. My complete digestive system from throat to bladder and bowel are compromised permanetly with Autonomic polyneuropathy (ANS). My Bp is untreatable, it is normally high but goes even higher at will from ANS then can suddenly drop. It is unsafe to treat for fear it could drop to low.
Dysautonomia is the name that covers several autonomic nerve features.
Cheers
Thank you!! 😊
Are you going through perimenopause I ask because when going through this the arteries and veins get smaller. I have since went into early menapause and have learned how it affects woman’s bodies. I developed an issue with staying warm and now have to take medication to regulate my hypothalamus it’s hell. It’s just a thought. But with you having m.s I just wonder if that is the culprit?
