J I have cartilage cancer it is called chondrosarcoma. It metastasised and I have only a few months to live. The ONLY way to stop it is surgery. It has to be cut out and the sooner the better. Do Not let it spread into bone. It cannot be stopped. There is no known treatment that works other than resection. It is urgent. Don’t delay. Yes you should always get a biopsy but this is a very rare cancer, how was it diagnosed without a biopsy. I now have 13 chondrosarcoma tumors ending my life. I am not a medical professional. I am a patient with a disease that no one knows much about. I urge you. Don’t delay.

Thank you for the reply. Did your cancer ever reach the bone? Did it metastasize before it reached the bone?
