I’m not sure there is an answer. If your bone density is normal you’ll be safe for a few months. I am being tested for the jaw disease osseocronisus from Prolia and have no choice. I may have to go in Tymlos of Forteo or risk bone fractures in my back. I’m sorry I ever started, but unfortunately once you go on these meds you go downhill and the consequences are not good. Everything I read is bad news and worse. If my Medicare drug plan does not cover this drug it will cost me a fortune and there are side effects as well. I hope someone comes up with something else.

@laujodrik I have been told that Tymlos and Forteo are not very effective after Prolia. If you have jaw necrosis I can see that Reclast would not be a good option but I wonder if you could do at least some Evenity. Does your doctor suggest Tymlos or Forteo?
