Triponin checks your heart activity 7 is a normal range. When I had an event that they thought was heart related it came back at 5 which was normal so they sent me home. 4 days later I had a heart attack. My Triponin levels were checked in the ER and they were at 25 then the next check an hour later 475 then another jump into the thousands 13,500 I had SCAD, spontaneous, coronary artery dissection. My levels have finally trended down and are back in the 20’s. I’ll take that any day over an elevated number like before. But if they go higher and higher expect you are having a heart attack. They found mine on a stress test because other test results other then the Triponin came back normal. Hope that helps
