What are experiences with time between ReClast infusions?
I am reading of studies which say that what appears standard of one year between infusions could actually be 18 months or two years. What have been people’s experiences? What are you being told? Are there any studies?

December of 2024 was my 3rd annual infusion of Reclast. My doctor told me that I would have 5 annual infusions and then stop for 5 years. I'm assuming this will depend on my Dexa scans. I just had my 1st dexa scan since starting Reclast and I do have improvement.
I had my 1st Reclast infusion 9/2024 after being on Fosamax for 9 months (stopped after developing severe acid reflux). I did have gains with the Fosamax. I'll have another infusion 9/2025. Next Dexa will be 8/2026. Was told yearly for 5 years. I see a Rheumatologist.
I had my first Reclast infusion June 2024. The rheumatologist said I would have second one in two years.
I had my first infusion just a few weeks ago. My doctor thought I would have a 2nd infusion and see how I respond.
Was this based on any tests?
