I developed a large kidney stone while on Tymlos. The stone was large enough that it had to be surgically removed. One of the warnings for Tymlos is possibility of kidney stones, and high blood calcium levels. I feel like my blood calcium levels should have been followed while I was on the treatment. I refused the drugs with the potential jaw necrosis side effect. I don't think there are any good options, but I would really be concerned about Tymlos since you have a problem with calcium deposits.
