I'm new here. I was diagnosed with osteo 2 years ago -ironically I also was diagnosed with bilateral calcific tendonitis in my rotator cuffs. This is very painful, I've had shoulder pain for about 7 years, progressive. I finally had my left shoulder surgery last year and now I will have to get the right shoulder done. Also, I'm in process of choosing the right osteo med for me, with endo dr and nurse practioner, and should be starting a med soon, which I'm freaking out about. Endo doc originally said start with Prolia, NP said Evenity My Spine T=-2.9, Femoral Neck T=-2.6, Hip T=-2.4, Arm T=-.3

Does anyone know if I take an osteo med, will that cause my calcific deposits to return, or possible show up somewhere else in my body?
