Nausea with oral fosamax/actonal will reclast cause same?
Has anyone had nausea and / or dizziness with fosamax or actonal and gone on and done reclast without the same issue?
Doc seems to think it's "digestion" related, but I'm not convinced. Takes about 6+ weeks of the weekly pill to bring on the nausea/dizziness.
Now he is pushing reclast- saying it'll be different. I'm afraid of long term feeling awful.

It's possible you won't experience the nausea with Reclast since it's administered through IV and doesn't go through your digestive system. Hard to say whether you will still have dizziness or not. It's worth a try. I was on Reclast for 3 years before switching to Actonel just this past year. So far, no problems. Good luck!!
Thank you. I am glad you've been able to tolerate both meds.
I just worry that if it takes 6+ weeks to feel awful on the oral meds, it's not a digestive issue.
These choices are all so difficult!
I appreciate your support.
