Hello! My husband has recently been diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer so all of this is new to us and terrifying to say the least. I would like to chat anytime. This is like a nightmare I keep praying I wake up from. 🥺

9 years and still here get it out get on Zolodex get psa regular lots of new drug's

You and your husband are not alone, bella! There are many, many survivors of Stage 4 on this forum - and elsewhere.
The single most important thing you can do is choose a center of excellence or a well known hospital ( Mayo, Sloan, Cleveland, Dana Farber, etc) which deals with this on a daily basis; this is not the time to stay local, or close to home because it’s convenient.
It is your job to seek out the BEST care available so that your husband’s chances of survival are optimal. Cancer is NOT a death sentence - it has become a highly treatable chronic illness which offers patients many years of life.
Stay cool, stay calm and put you and your husband into the hands of those who specialize in this. This IS a bad dream - but remember that we always wake up from those and get the chance to greet a new day. Best
Phil
