rickdemaria, Honored to help.

Have you tried the fascia stretches? I do believe they help. If they cause more pain, then stop doing them. I didn't see the one on here where you simply hold your foot out and gently pull only the BIG toe, pull back release and repeat gently. You can feel the pull on the fascia. There are probably more of these on Youtube. Do ONLY what you feel comfortable with.

It takes patience with PF. I felt like I was walking on glass when I would get up in the mornings and after sitting for a while and standing up again. I had to walk through the pain.
OUCH! Hurt like the dickens! Blessings & Prayers....

At this point, stretches are a bit of a stretch for me. Ha Ha! I went to one of our fitness centers yesterday. We have the best selection of exercise equipment. We decided to also cruise the outdoor walking path. Afterwards, my foot was very sore. It will be 6 months on Feb. 1st since the injury. Sure looks like it will be a lot more time. Once I feel the time is right, I will do stretches and exercises to make my foot stronger. In the meantime, I am celebrating my 63rd birthday today!
