Does anyone find that a type of shoe helps your foot neuropathy?

i’ve noticed when I suggest a test or anything having to do with my neuropathy the doctors do not like to be told about possible treatments i suggest or medication. , they only giv me gabapentin which helps mildly , I feel like they just it makes our relationship even more awkward.

Of course, they don't like it, they are the "know-it-alls" and you are the dumb ass in need of their training and wisdom. If I can't have a meaningful conversation with any doctor about something I have read about, I look for another doctor. I had an excellent doctor tell me that I had more time to research my condition (peripheral neuropathy) online and the different ways to seek relief than he did and he would be happy to discuss anything I read with me.
