The rules for dispensing opioids are different for each medical institution and state. In any case I have very limited therapeutic results from opioids to include oxycodone and dilaudid.

So true. It’s absolutely terrible what is going on in the pain community. Folks being cut off by their doctors. They are left with no care. Struggling. Many haven’t made it. It’s terrible.
