This is my first time speaking about it but here it goes. It happens to me when I'm laying in bed. Some nights I will be fine but other nights My legs will start feeling like they are being shocked sometimes it will be in my arms or even my stomach. It's like a steady vibration and there's no way you can fall asleep. I've been told it could be from stress but I'm not stressed about anything. Yeah I only get stressed out is when I'm laying in bed feeling like something's attacking me . I have been afraid to say anything to my doctors because I don't want them to think I'm crazy and put me away in a psych ward or something . I have struggled with depression and I am on Wellbutrin and I'm also on neurontine. I just want to know is there any meds that causes these shocks Tremors vibrations. I was shocked to read this post. I thought I was the only one

I get those electric shocks as well. Doctors don't know what it is. It feels like I am being hit with an electrical prod that they use on cows. So painful. I also have had pain and numbness in my leg from my hip to my knee. The pain get so bad that I can't walk. Just went to Disney with my family and ended up having to rent a scooter every day because the pain was so bad. My doctor said it is my IT band but I get it in both thighs so don't know what to do from here. I get it about feeling like you are crazy. It is like, nobody is going to believe you.

I suffer from trigeminal neuralgia . I was on a different antidepressant for a while. I had this uncomfortable move in my legs, especially when resting. My doctor recommended changing to Wellbutrin. Same uncontrollable movement in my legs, no pain but ample and often enough to compromise a proper MRI. As my TN pain were not too bad for a while, I eliminated the Wellbutrin. Was meant to help me cope with the existence of such incurable pain. After few months, the uncontrollable movement in my legs dissolved completely. Try changing or eliminating the Wellbutrin. Again, I have an issue with two different antidepressants. After all, a big portion of this medication you take to cope with “why me” question. At least, that’s applicable to me. Good luck!
