I suffer from trigeminal neuralgia . I was on a different antidepressant for a while. I had this uncomfortable move in my legs, especially when resting. My doctor recommended changing to Wellbutrin. Same uncontrollable movement in my legs, no pain but ample and often enough to compromise a proper MRI. As my TN pain were not too bad for a while, I eliminated the Wellbutrin. Was meant to help me cope with the existence of such incurable pain. After few months, the uncontrollable movement in my legs dissolved completely. Try changing or eliminating the Wellbutrin. Again, I have an issue with two different antidepressants. After all, a big portion of this medication you take to cope with “why me” question. At least, that’s applicable to me. Good luck!
I get those electric shocks as well. Doctors don't know what it is. It feels like I am being hit with an electrical prod that they use on cows. So painful. I also have had pain and numbness in my leg from my hip to my knee. The pain get so bad that I can't walk. Just went to Disney with my family and ended up having to rent a scooter every day because the pain was so bad. My doctor said it is my IT band but I get it in both thighs so don't know what to do from here. I get it about feeling like you are crazy. It is like, nobody is going to believe you.
