May you find something that helps without any side effects. I like very gentle seated yoga. It helps the shaking some. T’ai Chi is gentle by nature, and it also helps some. Both may help with pain. Both help me some with shaking and pain. Every Tylenol I don’t have to take feels like winning a battle.

kittysweetc,
I just wanted to let you know there is an error in what I wrote. It is N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC), not choline!! I had to start taking half or 400 mg of what I was taking in my Liverwell. I cut the pill in half and have to put 1/2 in empty capsules to take, but the 800 mg dries me out too much. I have small amounts of tremors that are neglible yet to this day, but they completely quit when I was able to take the whole pill. I went for over a month taking none and they didn't come back during that entire time. I started taking half and it took about another month before I started feeling slight tremors, but they are not anything like I was having. I am going to try to take 1 whole pill 3 days a week and see if that works better for me, but I wanted to let you know there was an error in that post.
