Have you considered alternate therapies? Ever tried acupuncture, EFT, or anything along those lines?

I was extremely hesitant to try acupuncture because of my fear of needles, but I had some issues that I could not resolve. Getting "needled" helped me almost immediately.

These don't work for everybody, but at the worst they won't harm you, and you can find EFT videos on YouTube that you can practice for free.

Might be worth a try.
