Bertolotti's syndrome

My daughter in law, age 40’was diagnosed with Bertolotti's syndrome Told only treatment was pain management.
Having back pain , not over weight, in good physical shape

@collerga, there is a minimally invasive procedure for Bertolotti's https://jenkinsneurospine.com/conditions/bertolottis-syndrome/ not to recommend this office, but you might send the MRI report for an opinion on her specific formation.
The condition originates at birth and when it causes pain is diagnosed in the 3rd and 4th decade.
She has good in laws.

She was diagnosed today so in the very early stages
Wants to get pain under control
Do you know if any Neuro surgeons in Wisconsin who do minimally invasive procedure ?
