I still have the numbness but it hasn't gotten any worse which is what I'm more worried about at the moment. I honestly think the thing that helps me the most is when I can be doing something I enjoy so I don't have time to think about the numbness in my legs. I also wear compression socks to keep the swelling down from my lymphedema and that is a constant squeeze on my legs from when I put them on in the morning until I take them off before bed. I normally put magnesium lotion on my legs at night and then wear loose fitting socks to bed which keeps my legs from drying out and does seem to have a calming effect.
