Hi. I would be grateful to know if there is a link or list of foods that National Jewish recommends not to eat with Bronchiectasis? Thanks!

There is information on the internet from NJH, Mayo, Cleveland Clinic that make suggestions such as limiting the typical things like fat, sugar and salt, from my understanding.
There is a video given by the dietitian from NJH about diet etc. etc. with Bronchiectasis.
I don't have the website address for it. Maybe someone on this site might have it readily.

Honestly I sort dislike lists like this. Some here might also have occasional heartburn/gerd/reflux and sometimes the supposed "low mucus" foods are heartburn triggers. For me it's been trial and error. I eat full fat yogurt everyday and could not live without it! After eating red meat and sugary stuff and heavy carbs, however, I have noticed more gunk the next day.

Your mileage may vary! Not really sure how The Lung Institute came up with this list.
