Angierivas1, Have you tried eliminating all milk products from your diet? I have read that hysterectomies can eliminate your ability to process lactose. When you consume a milk product it can take 3 days to have an effect, strange but true. For me, milk products caused immediate acid reflux and then loose stool for about a week. At first I was only sensitive to lactose but after appendix sx it expanded to sensitivity to casein too (milk protein). Hope you have found relief by now and can disregard my experiences!

I haven't drank milk in about 30 years. I stopped eating cheese and other dairy products about 18 months ago as part of an antiinflammatory diet. Milk/ dairy are inflammatory for everyone but it's a health issue for many. Dairy, grains and red meat are what I avoid eating.

Hello Beebe,
I don’t usually drink milk but enjoy hard cheese and yogurt. I have eliminated certain foods and tried the carnivore diet, but it hasn’t helped.
I still feel like food is sitting in the pit of my stomach, which makes me nauseous.
It’s a horrible feeling. I am now trying enzymes to help break down the food, and I hope they work. It is difficult to function when one feels sick. 😞
Be well. Take care. Thank you for the recommendation.
