I bought a canvas bag for my feet with 160 tiny red bulbs inside. I've used it on and off for the last month, mostly at night while I watch TV. At the very least, it warms my chronically freezing feet. I haven't noted any changes beyond that but it's a start...

Yes My feet are very often freezing.. the pad while nice for warming I don’t think is a strong enough light to do healing.
I think you need 650 range to 890 range light or 4 light ranges of strength…being red light and infrared light..
Infrared goes deeper..
IMO .. red light is still so new the “opinions” on treatment and strength of light…it again requires lots of reading …join some specific RLT groups read and ask questions..
