This is what I do after what I was told at NJH in Denver and after researching and reading.
Purchased a wedge pillow for the bed to sleep on. Sleep on my left side to position my stomach etc. in the right position at night. Sleeping on left side for BE and Acid Reflux a good idea for us.
Do not eat the foods they say and list as foods not to eat with acid reflux.
Limit or eliminate the foods they say and list as foods to not eat or limit with Bronchiectasis. Try to eat small meals throughout the day and eat slowly.
Yes, no liquids/water or eating 3-4 hours before bed and no water throughout the night if one wakes up.
Do not exercise immediately after drinking a liquid and if you do drink a liquid have a small piece of good healthy grain bread to absorb the liquid in the stomach. I buy Aldi's Graintastic which I really like.

Have you done much research and reading about taking ppi's?

If I haven't mentioned everything that is best to do with Acid Reflux hopefully others will post what I have left off etc.

I have. Seems the side effects of being on ppis for a long time are less than the consequences of bronchectasis or further damage to my lungs over time.

Hi. I would be grateful to know if there is a link or list of foods that National Jewish recommends not to eat with Bronchiectasis? Thanks!
