No matter the difference in symptoms we each, and everyone of us, have, it just ain't fun and life changing. I take it you know all the suggestions to do that go along with Acid Reflux??

Not entirely I’ve done the things they seem to make sense. Not eating 4 hours before bed, taking ppis, sleeping in a recliner
