Yes, it's possible. The first one blew my hair off just like it did when I was 12. A couple of years later it is more like a micro-orgasm. Just make sure you don't shoot pee. Yep, been there done that one too lol.

I had my surgery in 2015 and no erections other than an occasional morning. That's it.

Yes, I have experienced the "shoot pee'. The medical establishment calls it climaturia. This was never discussed with me as a potential "complication" of RP. Have you done or know any way to reduce the chance/amount?
