Best thing you can do is learn as much as you can about your condition and what treatments are available that might help. He mentioned trying Brooks sneakers so I’ll go out tomorrow to try some on. He said topical pain relief, possibly CBD oil. I’m starting with the sneakers. I have pain in my ankles; mostly like a dull toothache. Appreciate your support!
