Mental health affects physical health and vice versa.

With your doctors approval try to find an exercise you like doing. Doing something you like is going to help you both mentally and physically.

If you really can't find an exercise you like (I love water aerobics) try to find a hobby you like. The same benefits can come from a hobby also to reduce stress and anxiety. Talk to your doctors abour the cause and affect that stress and anxiety has on the body and all the physical symptoms it causes.

There are many but I suggest talking to your doctor as we all respond to stress and anxiety diferently thus what I react to and have may not be the same for you and others.

I’m having different anxiety symptoms. I have very small but noticeable (to me) twitching of my upper lip. I sent a video of it to my sister who did see it but says it is just stress. Does this happen to anyone else?
