Surgery doesn’t affect your hair loss but going on ADT after having surgery could definitely do that. I have absolutely no armpit hair very little body hair after being on ADT for years. The hair on my head, however, does seem to grow at the same rate it used to grow before. I have a mustache and I don’t know if I could grow it back again if I shaved it off now, slow growth there.

I am on ADT and the under arm hair loss is real. Leg hair , particularly on the outer thighs is also noticeable. Head and facial hair seem unaffected. As they say, “Hair today, gone tomorrow!”
