Please could you tell me what you did to lower protein in urine? I have high protein in the urine too. I have MGUS too with a ratio and am very worried about my kidney. There is a kind of MGUS called "Monoclonal Gammopathy of Renal Significance" which I have read should be treated. I do not have high creatinine but I have high Cystatin C which then shows I have a very low EGFR.

I have MGRS i drink lots water i don't know if it helps. I do 24 hour urine test to check protein. I started treatment right after diagnosis to improve my kidney function which it has.
