Has anyone switched BC follow-up from one Mayo location to another?

Thank you for your thoughtful response. I am now all set to meet with an oncologist at the Scottsdale Mayo Clinic to transition my follow-up care from Rochester, MN to Scottsdale, AZ. It wasn’t a super smooth process but with a little patience and perseverance, it’s done.

@jcconley, that's great! I work between my local oncologist at a Mayo Clinic Health System site and Rochester. It's great to have access to both. I can use my Rochester oncologists as a second opinion, and the teams work together very well. I've even had lab work completed in Arizona when traveling. Best of luck to you!
