I don't know how old you are but I did the Wm Hot breathing and ice bathing. the breathing turned out made me dizzy.. not while doing it but later in the day. I was afraid it was the ice baths but I stopped doing the breathing and it stopped. So ice and sauna are fine for me. I go in the lake a couple times a week! winter here in Minnesota!
