Add to whatever lotion you like: I have melted down Epsom salt with a small amount of hot distilled water, stir, and let sit, add it to your favorite lotion! It’s not always perfect, it might be a bit grainy, but it works! I also store a mix of it ready in my fridge, (I have no idea if it stays “fresh” longer but it’s great for when my pain is off the charts.) To be honest if you made a small amount you could probably keep it where you most need it. Anyways, I soak a washcloth in, ring it out, and use it as a compress. It gets dry and flaky, but I haven’t tried throwing the mixture in my nutribullet just to see if it’s a better consistency, but that’s what I’m going to try next batch! I usually go with a cup of Epsom, add about 1/4 cup of hot distilled water, stir, add more Epsom salt, a little more water until I have a whole tight fitting jar, or even use a food container. Anything you can get a good seal on!
**The reason I use distilled water, is they use that in beauty, because you can get toxins from tap water, so it’s free of pollutants, toxins, & microbes. Cause we already feel bad enough, we don’t need to be getting rashes on top of it! Also this recipe has saved me tons of money!!!!
**Also off brand pure Epsom salt with no scent added.
Hope this helps!
Thanks, do I then add the epson salts to the magnesium cream and spread on feet and legs?
