That's awesome

Do your maintenance is life style changes that include food and exercise?

I just finished chemotherapy. I'm all in on diet and exercise.

Keep posting I want to know you outcomes. I'm so hoping making these changes will make the difference. My oncologist thinks hey will

@denisestlouie, @shali2524 As i said in my response to @naturegirl5 my biggest change in diet is being able to cook again...after my thyroid cancer in 2013 i cleaned up my diet a lot (no HFCS, more farm fresh stuff, way less processed quick fix foods, way less fast food, etc)...and did good (no signs of cancer) til i was always on the road with D for his medical issues (basically beginning in 2022).. i was always eating fast foods that were "safe for me, ie no HFCS" but still fast food so loaded with other crap, and totally got off my vitamins and then i had the ovarian cancer show up..
my supplements are essiac, B17, (both of which are new after the ovarian cancer) multivitamin, and turmeric which i forgot to list in my response to her.. in the wintertime i also take D3...during "cold season" i usually add in elderberry.. which I've been doing since Christmas. Also have done LOTS of green tea in the past after the thyroid cancer but honestly i HATE that stuff...idc how much honey i put in it LOL
I've always grown a garden up til the last couple of years and put up the veggies and stuff and usually could find someone with fruits to give away that i could preserve, on the old family land we had plenty of berries etc. I would forage for mushrooms and other things, so i was used to cooking from "scratch" when my kids were little. After "empty nest" i had (and still do) struggled with cooking for just 2 people 😀 i can whip up a meal for 15-20 and never think twice but cooking for 2? whole new learning curve, so we started eating more "quick fix" processed frozen foods, especially after D got sick and i was traveling so much...anyways.. i realized i was going to HAVE to go back to what i called my "cancer fighting way of eating" if i was going to stay cancer free...and so...that's what happened...After I had gotten my first NED and he passed away, i started back cooking again...not everyday in the beginning...it was hard, i still had no energy and his passing left me in a MAJOR funk but I tried...and its gotten better and better as i got more energy.. i REFUSE to eat or drink anything that doesn't have REAL sugar, NO artificial sweeteners (aspartame, sucralose, even the more "natural" stevia or xylitol etc), Yes i know, they say cancer feeds on sugars but honestly i was a "mountain dew baby" as they called us and sorry, but i ain't giving up pop...now after my thyroidectomy i DID have to change to pop made with real sugar which in this neck of the woods is kinda hard to find so i don't drink as much as i used to (plus it's more expensive) but i did NOT cut out sweet things from my diet, i just typically make my own candy and cookies instead of buying them, especially now i'm "getting back to normal".. i've never been a coffee or tea drinker so pop is my "coffee". just because i had cancer doesn't mean i'm giving up all the good things i enjoy...
i still don't do a lot of "exercise" but i never did per se, most of my "exercise" was in foraging or whatever like that...hiking around looking for mushrooms or other edibles and in walking playing Pokemon Go.. if you haven't read some of my other posts feel free to go "get my story"...
i'll be more than happy to help answer anything else you want to know...just not sure what that would be 🙂
