There are so many opinions on treatments and where to get one for personal use..my suggestion is a YouTube and a FB group..just search red light therapy.. Alex Fergus I think is his name but he tests many many machines and posts results.. FB has a great group for asking questions..
myself I still have much to learn and am interested in shockwave therapy but some Dr’s I have quizzed have said it’s a money grab? Typical.. imo
