my neuropathy and lightheadedness started about a year ago. Doctor put me on Duloxetine three weeks ago. So far it has done nothing to help. Taking a B12 supplement for several months now along with 500 MG of glutathione and NAC ( N acytle cystine). Have a nerve test scheduled for early Feb. I could deal with the neuropathy pain but the lightheadedness is really getting me down.

I hear you on the lightheartedness, dizziness, and balance issues caused by neuropathy. It is really hard to accept and deal with. Neuropathy affects blood flow and senses in ways that make us at risk for falling which really concerns me due to spine/spinal cord injury. Duloxetine can take 4-8 weeks to feel the full effects so it may take more time for you. I have really needed to adapt to my new normal at the age of 55. I am not sure what it will be like in my 60s and 70s+ and hope it doesn’t get worse. I want to minimize and eliminate toxins like alcohol as much as possible since it affects our nervous systems. Limiting exposures to viruses would be best and I am avoiding anymore covid vaccines since there is a link to endothelial cells, cardiovascular health and nervous system.
