@fishnuts99
I hear you on the lightheartedness, dizziness, and balance issues caused by neuropathy. It is really hard to accept and deal with. Neuropathy affects blood flow and senses in ways that make us at risk for falling which really concerns me due to spine/spinal cord injury. Duloxetine can take 4-8 weeks to feel the full effects so it may take more time for you. I have really needed to adapt to my new normal at the age of 55. I am not sure what it will be like in my 60s and 70s+ and hope it doesn’t get worse. I want to minimize and eliminate toxins like alcohol as much as possible since it affects our nervous systems. Limiting exposures to viruses would be best and I am avoiding anymore covid vaccines since there is a link to endothelial cells, cardiovascular health and nervous system.
