I’m taking 1 gram Ativan at night for sleep. Would c I have to work off it before starting Zoloft. And does Zoloft help you sleep?

Check your prescription again. I think perhaps you have mistaken milligram for gram. You probably have been prescribed 1 mg for sleep at night.
