Your condition seems to be just like mine. I was just cleared of everything this week... upper endoscopy, CT scan, ultrasound of gallbladder, chest x-rays, blood work, etc. I've also been on PPIs for several months now. I always wake up a few hours into the night with discomfort and toss and turn. Sitting up for a while seems to help. This has been occurring for at least 6 months. Have you found anything more that has helped you?

Just wondering if you are up to sharing an update on how you're managing this issue? I've been dealing with it for around two years off and on but things started getting more intense around a year ago. At this point I wake up every night at around 5-6 am and can't go back to sleep without eating and sitting upright, often for a couple of hours. It's really making it impossible to stay on top of normal life tasks and work. Currently on sick leave and uncertain how I will be able to get back to work with my sleep so dysregulated. Anyway just curious if your symptoms improved and whether anything in particular seemed to help?
