My tinnitus is caused by 7 yrs ago, an autoimmune sudden loss of hearing on L side. Letrozole made everything worse! Exemestane, every other day is so different/tolerable. Tinnitus the same. I’m trying to keep positive attitude and soldier through it.

I'm very relieved to hear that someone else had exactly my experience of a great increase in tinnitus with Letrozole. I switched to Exemestane daily, and my tinnitus decreased a little but not back to its usual level. I'll see Exemestane every other day helps. It definitely helped to see a different medical oncologist. The new medical oncologist even does research into AI dosing. So glad I made the change.
