My fingertips get scaly painful & numb. I use Lidocaine spray for pain it works well. It’s important to keep hands moist with a lotion that contains Lanolin. Wear gloves when you wash dishes and for me heated gloves have saved me a lot

I have prescribed Tildium
It’s a calcium channel blocker. For me it is really helping
