Barefoot Shoes are a game changer for me. They have a wide toe box, their grounded, help with balance & gait.
“Hike” shoes have the best selection on Amazon.

I do have spine problems. I am not sure if the neuropathy is from the spine or chemo/radiation.
I do feel more secure wearing the barefoot shoes. I have recently tried Moinfle New Loraxapro Barefoot shoes from Amazon. I like them as well if not better than Xeroshoes. They are quite a bit cheaper.
